Opturian Solutions LLC serves a variety of clients—both businesses and individuals. Because we value the privacy of our clients, we do not mention them by name.
One of the world’s premier printing and imaging service providers wanted to “revamp” their proposals. We created proposal language aimed at the industries that they provide the most services for—manufacturing, health care, pharmaceutical, municipalities, colleges/universities and financial services. By customizing the proposal language for each industry, our client was better able to show their understanding of the needs of their prospective clients.
A Fortune 100 technology company wanted to implement a standardized approach for their proposals to business clients. We provided proposal language for several of their most popular business software titles and consulting services. They later requested that we work to consolidate and standardize their proposals for a service offering that provided tiered services and options based on the client’s existing software. This required a great deal of effort in analyzing the existing proposals, pulling out across-the-board wording and ensuring that services were communicated consistently and effectively across all tiers and services options.
One of the largest logistics and shipping companies in the world wanted to standardize their proposals and RFP responses to provide prospects with consistent and client-centric information. We used existing proposals, RFPs, website content and marketing materials to create content for their newly-implemented proposal automation system.
A communications company that provides bundled services (telephone, cell phone, Internet, VoIP, e-mail and other electronic communication services) needed to update their business proposals to highlight new service offerings and technologies. We consolidated all of their existing proposals and marketing materials, and edited the text to provide them with a clear, concise proposal template that allows them to choose the proposal components they want to use for each prospective client.
A finance company that provides consulting, software and outsourcing services needed a standard proposal document to ensure that all of their employees were communicating the same information to potential clients. Since their services are sold as a “package,” we provided them with a standardized proposal that clearly communicates all of their services and business strengths.
